I often will get an increased activity goal on day 1 or 2 of my period, because I am sleeping and resting a ton and therefore getting a good sleep score. But if I’m logging my period, oura should adjust the activity goal for that day! I imagine it’s pretty rare for anyone to exceed their activity goal on day 1. It feels like it’s ignoring a huge part of women’s health and well being by not taking where you’re at in your cycle into account when creating activity goals. I don’t need an app to make me feel bad for doing less and not hitting a goal on my period day :(
At minimum, a button like “rest mode” but for period days, which just adjusts goals down a bit, would be great.
