Manually add sleep time

On nights where I accidentally leave my ring charging and put it on in the middle of the night once I realize I’m not wearing it, I’d love to be able to manually add the time I feel asleep and woke up to my sleep cycle. This way, the app won’t incorrectly calculate a high sleep debt or low readiness score. One night of incorrect data due to putting on the ring mid-sleep, unfortunately, leaves an impact for days following, making the stats unusable. This situation has happened to me twice this month.

I was just coming here to create the same post. It’s very frustrating for anyone who is really working hard on their sleep health to see bad data that was just from forgetting to put their ring on. There really needs to be an option to manually add information, or better yet in my opinion, to have the option to “skip a night” for this very reason.
